Virginia's Senator

Fair Shot Tour Day 3: Southwest Virginia

We are finishing up the third day of our Fair Shot Tour and it was great to be in Southwest Virginia.

Senator Warner stopped by the Big Walker Mountain Lookout, a stop on the Crooked Road Heritage Music Trail to check out the local artisan crafts and souvenirs. Stopping by the Crooked Road Trail is of special significance to Senator Warner. Watch the video below to see why:

We also attended the renowned Tazewell County Fair, where Senator Warner was able to meet folks from the community.

Senator Warner then joined in the celebrations at the opening of the Birthplace of Country Music Museum. The museum anchors The Crooked Road which Senator Warner helped launch as Virginia Governor and which creates jobs and drives economic activity across the Commonwealth.
